This is my hate list of phrases used by presenters:
"Up for Grabs"
"a big shout out"
"this particular song"
"The Groover from Vancouver"
"How's she cuttin'"
you know who are - please desist! anyone else? pls keep to a minimum!

"Yes indeed"
"It's (insert time) right across the capital"
"Yes we do like that song here in (insert station name), we certainly do"

Damn, I'm a "yes indeed" person. Don't use it ALL the time though. Have used "It's (time) right across the capital", but usually slap myself after doing so. Who the hell uses "this groover from vancouver" or things like it?

Here are a couple more I have heard....
1) "Monday thru' Thursday only here!"
2) "Big up to all the 'insert some name' crew"
