Mighty, I would love to be in a position to expand . It could be said that Pvd might know more (apparently) but thats just plain old idle gossip.!

Libby had the voice for radio (she was there in the latter part of 103, you had left then I think, correct me if I'm wrong) and the face for TV, I wonder what she's doin now (its tearing me apart!)

Cue dodgy country crooner

I was in AKA a copile of weekends ago and the jock was playing a rake of retro from the Mid 90's, the pulse years, man the memories..........

oh more top 103 tunes
Sensation - Beautiful Morning
Eve Gallagher - You Can have it all
Strike - U Sure Do
Black Magic - Make it Funky
DJ Tonka - She Knows You
The Millionaire Hippies - C'mon
Horse-Careful
The Rockford Files - You Sexy Dancer
and bloody loads more that just wont come to mind

Worst 103 tunes
Hondy - Hondy (No access)
Tokyo Ghetto Pussy - Everybody on the Floor
Maxcess - Party Your Body
Anything by the Outhere Brothers
etc etc

Well roll on the pulse reunion 2004. For those of you that were not in the chocolate bar last night for the Pulse reunion you missed a seriously good night. It was really good to see friends past and present and see so many people that had made it on to the ladder of legal radio. I will not attempt to name everyone that was there but all the usual suspects were there including Damian McCaul, Mark McCabe, John Power, Conor G, Darragh Roberts, James Davids, Ryan Philips, Declan Pierce, Jenny Greene, Shona Ryan, Ross Lynch, Robbie Dunbar, Ray Foley, Clionadh O’Leary, Tim Harrington, Adrian Jay, Walter Hegarty, Ronan Brady, Alan McQuialian, Lar Wright, Chris Murry, Jenny Tracy, Steve K, Garv Rigby, Ronan Devitt, Libby Ryan(babe), Mel Byrne (another babe) Sean harley, Claire Murphy, and a load of others. It was also to see a bunch of general anoraks like the freedom crew, Louise Jordan(Mmm!!) , Elaine Kane, the other Lousie, Wayne, Barry Dunne, Niall Boylan(letchy!) etc.

Thankfully this year there was no major problems or risk of a fight however a certain night time DJ did make some inappropriate comments, but I think most of which was forgotten by later on. On the music side of things Mark McCabe kicked off the round of Pulse classics and did a great job, no sign of the manic (much to the pleasure of most people!!! J ) Then John Power took over and turned up the tempo with another load of pulse classics. Although when I saw him he was having trouble working the CD players!! Hes only used to 1210s. Obiviously it was good to see the ever lovely Libby who was wearing this lovely ripped pink top much to the admiration of most of the blokes there, unfortunately we didn’t see a repeat of last years reunion ( if you don’t know what Im talking about, tuff!!) Other worthy mentions on the beauty front goes to Jenny Tracy(Hanlon)(Mrs Murry)(Chris’s bird) who was wearing a lovely white outfit looking oh so fine too!! Shona Ryan was in mourning last night but doing a good job of trying to forget her problems with many a cocktail and showing off her pink knickers which kept me entertained for a while. The very beautiful Jenny Greene also took time out of vodkas and red bull to spin a few tunes and avoid another cat fight. After about 1.30 I don’t remember much so maybe somebody else would like to fill in the blanks of what happened down in Lillies.

All in all another great reunion and we look forward to next year. Once again thanks to the organising committee this year Mark McCabe and Darragh Roberts.

Pulse - The early years

9-12 Steve Mac (aka the Rory fella)
12-4 Steve Davitt
4-7 Max Power
7-10 Gav Hayes
10-1 Ronan B/Chris Young/Ray G/Kev Kennedy
After 1 The video recorder/spinner

followed by

Breakfast Tony D
Afternoon Steve Mac
Drive Steve Davitt
Schools Out Gav Hayes

Then around 97 it changed with
