Joe Strummer dies and Will Young lives , wheres the justice there .
I think the BBC should cancel the Queens speech on Xmas day and show 5 Clash videos instead .
Now i have a good excuse to play ''London Calling '', Rock the Casbah and Should i stay ''.

hey guys, just posted something about this on the general radio forum. Ironic that the Clash were considering reforming to do one or two gigs next year. To give Strummer his dues the man was always working, be it with his various world music projects or even working with the Pogues he never seemed to lose his enthusiasm for music. He put political fury into punk in the late 1970s, and also managed to record a triple album of political rock and get it released (despite record company opposition). A true maverick.

"We're a Garage Band
We come from Garageland"
Great sentiments.
But on CBS?
Come on!
Truth is The Clash were one of the first of the punk bands to sell out, at least the Pistols took the piss!
