really enjoyed last nights prog on bbc1 "50 places to see before you die"
i thought it was too short though..channel four would have made it longer perhaps over two nights...then again perhaps the budget would not have stretched that far!!!!
anyway my question is what place would you lot recommend people to see before they pop their clogs??
my favourite is sydney.....the first time i saw the opera house and the harbour bridge was just amazing!!....and the place is so clean, everytime i see dublin on a sat morning....the dirt, the puke and other bodily functions it makes me so ashamed

Have gotta say that the view coming over the Brooklyn Bridge heading towards Manhattan (before September 11th) was one of the most recognisable vistas in the world - we had all seen it in movies and on postcards, but to have the Manhattan skyline laid out in all it's glory with the sun setting in New Jersey was awesome.

I will get to Ground Zero to pay my repects - it's a must.
