Presume you've got an Irish card in then...
RnaG is the BBC's gaelic (scottish) station.. Think it's on Channel 920 if you take your card out and reboot the box (power off for 10 seconds)..

"6468" is tests for the new BBC 7 channel launching shortly..
Not sure about "6968"

Yep it stands for Radio Nan Gaeidhal. It can also be heard on FM in parts of Belfast and Along the Antrim and Down coast (onetime during high pressure I heard it in Ballina Co Mayo)

BBC Radio Cymru is the Welsh Service of BBC Wales Its FM transmissions can be picked up in parts of Wicklow and the South East of Ireland while the English Service can be heard throught the British islae after dark on 882KHz

In recent years the English Radio Wales service is now also available on FM in many parts of Wales as well as 882.
In the South East you can hear it on 95.3 or 95.9
