I've seen some really nice remote units down throught the years but i do think that Radio Kilkennys is one of the best(at least it was back a few years ago)

What really made the Kilkenny OB unit really nice was the price ....

I remember that John Purcell bought it for a song(excuse the pun)

I can't remeber how much it was but they bought the Transit fully equiped for little or nothing.

It was and still understandably is Pat Maher's baby...

FM104's roadhog was brilliant...it is has not been on the air or mentioned in ages...have they done away with it?

Does anyone know who designed and built that Bay FM OB unit? I know BTS done the RoadHog and a few others.

Also, does anyone have more info on the RaodHog beig sold, I think thats interesting.

The GBFM unit was built by there in house engineer.
