hi, i have a 4watt transmitter and was wondering what leads i need to connect the dipole and cd players and power supply the phonos coax or adapter lead dont seem to work????also do i need the mic that came with the kit???????:cool:

You will need SO239 Plug female depending on cable and
transmitter Entry Plug you can use RG 58 cable which is very cheap and lossy but with a long length you will lose half your
power to heat.... so best to use RG 213 low loss cable . If your
transmitter is mono you will only need one Phono Socket (Single)
or a double one if you are using a stereo encoder. Remember
not to power up the transmitter when no antenna is connected
or you might blow the output transistor most new transmitter
designs have swr protection but you still shouldn't test it without
a dummy load..if you did she may be dead and that could be your
problem .

p.s dont let the sheep play with it either any way the rf wouldn't

do i need to allign the transmitter or buy an swr meter or can i still get 4/5watts if i cut the antenna right?????B.T.W. the sheep all got radiation sickness(thatll teach them)the bashtards:p

LOL now you have trying to guess who you are? i have a few ideas but jumping to conclusions doesnt get u any where.You will be glad to know that im almost ready for testing im just missin 2 parts will be on air testing about wednesday next week.
