i wiil always have a soft spot for the romance and simplicity of match of the day'', even lookin at the reruns puts me in a good mood and the opening music still gets me excited .
now what do we have ???? itv's premiership , too much analysis ,too many add breaks , terry {wont offend anybody }venebales, barry {im too serious }venison, and facts a replays which make anybody want to switch off ......
but it gets worse , RTE have a muppet in bill {okey dokey }o'herlihey , giles , knows his stuff ok but he has to be the most boring pundit alive , brian kerr{irish youth manager },looks way out of his depth and his accent is a terrible turn off and clearley knows nothing about top class football .oh yeah , eamonn {almost forgot }well at least he shoots from the hip and is always a good listen wheather you agree or not ......
gimme liniker and lawrenson please , not long, drawn out tedium thats not really that entertaining ..
