I was listening to some stations from the UK via satellite TV last night and this morning. I felt that the music was fabulous.
I listened to Galaxy (www.galaxyfm.co.uk), Gaydar (www.gaydarradio.com), Chill (www.helpmechill.com) and Kiss 100 (www.kiss100.com).
Galaxy and Gaydar billed their tunes as funky & tough house. Both have playlists available on their sites if anybody is interested.
I'd like to know what clubs in Dublin play this sort of music all night?
Thanks.
Dave.

looking at the playlists, i wouldn't say there's not many that play just funky house all night, maybe spirit. but a lot of the mainstream clubs would play most of the stuff on there playlist like blaze/hi-tack/freemasons/joey negro/shapeshifters/meck/tom novy/mish mash as well as everything else. there's clubs like bodytonic and soul candy that play more underground house stuff

If you're into that type of stuff on the radio you should check out Spin during the week and at the weekend, Dave Davin's stuff is really, really good from about 11:30 onwards Monday - Wednesday night, called Dirty Disco I think. Then of course Baz Redsetta / Johnny Moy / Arveene and the Blue Boys at the weekend.

There's more info on Spin's sham of a mockery website, it look like Davin seems to be the only one to update his tracklists most of the time! http://www.spin1038.com/content.asp?CatId=295&ContentType=OnAir
