The old boys club is at it again. Martin used to work with Tom Hardy in 98 years ago. Nice to see that national commercial radio is giving a shot to new up and coming talent.

On Today Fm there are a number of early 80s jocks there...Declan Meehan, Martin King, Ian Dempsey, Jim O'Neill, Tim Kelly..

Didn't think that Dec Meehan was at Today - are ya sure?
Can't listen to Martin King - I find him overbearing.

Declan Meehan was on before Midday last Sunday, just before "The Sunday Supplement", as "The Sunday business show" did not appear as normal.

hmmmm yes very close ties between TV3 and Today!!!!
I always thought Martin King was hilarious on 98 his accent over- Dub !! theres only one over exaggerated acccent on the radio and he does sport on 98.........
Preset 3 raised something interesting there about new talent in Today (or the lack off) hmmmm true true, those Bob Hopton days of give the guy a break are long gone buddy along with that station!!!!
